While Jeff was at work, the weather in New Zealand was amazing. The best thing to do - grab a bit of Kiwi ice cream and head to the beach!

One night for dinner, we headed back into Devonport. We had seen this little restaurant off the main street and decided to go it.
The restaurant had only 10 tables and the service and food was amazing! This is where we learned what the Hokey Pokey is really all about! Hokey pokey in New Zealand is their #1 flavor of ice cream. We had to try it when we had our desert here. The ice cream was so creamy and smooth and it was drizzled with caramel sauce and bits of honeycomb! It came with brownies but the hokey pokey is what it's all about!
On our way back to the hotel, we walked past the ferry terminal and saw this amazing sunset!
Breathtaking!
